Nanshan puts extrusion press into operation
11.04.2014, 16:07Nanshan America from Lafayette, Indiana, U.S.A., has successfully put into operation its 82-MN extrusion press which was supplied by SMS Meer, Germany.
The heavy-duty front-loading extrusion press is capable to extrude 1,800-millimeter-long billets with a diameter of 457 millimeters. The target markets for the large and heavy profiles are the transport and construction industries.
