Riley Surface World appointed to handle sale of large Rösler vibratory finishing plant in Barcelona
25.10.2013, 10:08
Riley Surface World has announced the site clearance of a fully automatic Rösler vibratory finishing plant from cookware manufacturers, Alfa Metalcraft in Barcelona, Spain.
The equipment is for sale due a change of process within the company’s manufacturing facility. The current product range has expired and its replacement requires an alternative process, resulting in the disposal of the existing polishing plant
There are two, eleven-stage process lines, each comprising ten vibratory bowls and one stand-alone separation station and vibratory maize drier. This station is used by each of the processing units for the separation of media and parts, with the media being returned to the common load cart.
In addition, there is a fully automatic Rösler flocculation and de-watering system for the treatment of effluent waste water from the polishing process.
The polishing bowls are available as complete plants, but may be broken down for sale as individual units subject to availability. The site clearance will end on 28 November, 2013
