Abstract

Исследовано влияние масштабного фактора на функционально-механические характеристики проволоки из никелида титана (Ti – 50,8 % (ат.) Ni) диаметром 0,6 и 1,2 мм, полученной методом горячего волочения. Показано, что диаметр проволоки практически не влияет на стадийность и температуры мартенситных превращений, однако определяет различия в тонкой субструктуре, выраженные в большем накоплении дефектов решетки в образце меньшего сечения. В результате статических испытаний на растяжение установлено, что проволока диаметром 0,6 мм демонстрирует более высокие прочностные свойства: предел прочности 1104 МПа; относительное удлинение 22 %. Проволока диаметром 1,2 мм – 999 МПа и 41 % соответственно. Циклические испытания по схеме «растяжение 5 % – разгрузка» показали, что образцы диаметром 1,2 мм характеризуются более стабильным сверхупругим поведением с меньшим накоплением остаточной деформации. Фазовый предел текучести в обоих случаях монотонно уменьшается в ходе циклирования, однако для проволоки диаметром 0,6 мм его значения остаются более высокими: снижение происходит с 500 до 310 МПа, а для проволоки диаметром 1,2 мм с 370 до 270 МПа. При функциональных усталостных испытаниях проволока сечением 0,6 мм выдерживает более 3600 циклов с постоянной максимальной деформацией 3%, тогда как проволока 1,2 мм – до 2500 циклов. Установлено, что существенных различий в уровне суммарной обратимой деформации между исследованными диаметрами не наблюдается, однако повышенная исходная дефектность структуры тонкой проволоки обеспечивает ей преимущество в сопротивлении усталостному разрушению.
