Реферат

Based on the atom kernels and binding electrons crystal chemistry, developed by the author, rocks and ores formation processes energy analysis was performed, explaining the nature of associated occurrence of minerals in paragenetic associations and intergrowths. Forthis purpose, minerals’ energy parameters EV, kJ/cm3, (energy density) and WV, MJ/cm3, (energy-to-volume ratio of atom kernels and binding electrons) are applied. Closeness of respective minerals’ energy parameters in paragenetic associations is indicative of closely time-spaced events of their formation, as well as order (sequence) of minerals’ segregation. The criteria of deep-seated (hypogene) and surficial (supergene) genesis of minerals and their associations were revealed, providing numerous examples. Secondary hypogene minerals’ energy parameters increase regularity was established in comparison with subjacent earlier segregated primary supergene minerals, possessing, as a rule, lower energy parameters. The problem of minerals’ associations formation in ores, considered in detail, may be directly relevant to beneficiation, providing for metallurgists a possibility of focused scientific approach to detection and identification of valuable and associated minerals in ores, with that, the latter also may be involved in ore enrichment.
